AWE Membership Program — Terms & Conditions

1. First-Time Customer Promotion (One-Time Only)

For all new AWE customers:

• Spend $1,500 (excluding GST) and receive 10% bonus credit upfront.

Example: $1,500 spend → $150 bonus → total credit = $1,650.

• Bonus credit is valid for 1 year.

• Original $1,500 credit never expires.

• Bonus credits do NOT count toward membership qualification.

2. Membership Qualification & Activation

2.1 How to Qualify as an AWE Member

A customer becomes an AWE Member when BOTH conditions are met:

1. First-time payment of $1,500; and

2. This $1,500 is fully utilized within 1 year.

2.2 When Membership Starts

Your 1-year membership begins the day the initial $1,500 credit is fully consumed.

3. Maintaining Membership (Annual Renewal)

To renew for the next membership year:• Members only need to accumulate $1,500 in total spending within the membership year.

• No upfront payment is required after Year 1.

3.1 Member Top-Up Bonus

For any credit top-ups in subsequent years:

• Members receive 5% bonus credit for every top-up amount.

Example: Top up $1,000 → Receive $50 bonus credit.

Bonus Credit Validity

• Bonus credits are valid for 1 year.

• They do not count toward the annual $1,500 renewal requirement.

• Original credits never expire.

4. Credit Usage Rules

• Credits can be used only for AWE products listed on our website.

• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

• Credits cannot be used on partner products unless officially stated.

5. Membership Benefits & Privileges

During an active membership year, members enjoy:

• 15% OFF AWE Maintenance Programs

Discount Exclusion

• AWE 10-Day Health Challenge

→ Excluded from all discounts and promotions.

5.2 Birthday Privilege

Every member receives:

🎂 A complimentary nutrient-dense AWE birthday cake, crafted using AWE’s clean-label ingredients.

5.3 Referral Reward

When a member refers a new customer who signs any AWE program:

• The referring member receives $50 credit

• No limit to how many referrals can be made

5.4 Exclusive Access

• Invitations to new product launches

• Seasonal member-only perks and specials

• Free entry to quarterly AWE Functional Workshops

5.5 Events & Equipment Perks

• Complimentary nutritional flavorings or steamers provided at events (not additional member-specific entitlements)

• Members may purchase the AWE Steamer at special distributor price: $30 (excluding GST)

6. Amendments

AWE may revise pricing, privileges, or terms with prior notice to members.
