In order for our bodies to rebuild and recover, key nutrients have to be available for your body to use them. Simply having these key nutrients can signal to your body that it is time to rebuild. Getting in the right nutrients after exercise can help you rebuild your muscle proteins and glycogen stores. It also helps stimulate growth of new muscle.
